Scalloped Blue Vase
A small vase with layered dark and pale blue glazes, separated by a dramatic scalloped line. The pale blue glaze is a limited edition created as a sustainability and anti-pollution initiative. It was made by reclaiming and recycling small amounts of other glazes that would otherwise be discarded during the glazing process.
This vase was thrown and trimmed on the wheel from white stoneware clay and finished with a firing to cone 6 (approximately 2232 °F).
4 inches tall and 2 inches wide at the opening.
Dishwasher safe.
